OpenTable: Restaurant Bookings

App is ok, but apparently its quite hard to cancel a reservation again. I did a cancel in my app, so that there was no reservation showing, but OpenTable didnt tell the restaurant that info. That seems quite bad..

I was in Berlin and wanted to find a Greek restaurant nearby. Know there should be one within 2-2.5 km so I searched for it. I didn’t find it but found others and they were quite close so I plotted in my decided restaurant in google maps to begin walking only to find out it was 3 times further away 0.0 Needless to say, I had to choose another restaurant (from within the Google maps function) and promptly deleted the app.

Though finding and scheduling is great but then trying to reserve is a different story. Verification code and verification code. Lately I just use the app to see what’s available then call the restaurant direct.

They have changed their menu and a place that we used to enjoy has become a place we will not return to. It’s really a shame. We have been eating there for 20 + years we it’s the same menu and in one menu change they have ruined it for us.

If you’re looking for a great place to eat w great music and fantastic food, look no further as the hi-life is the place to go! They don’t become the icon place by not taking every of everybody that walks in at any given day like their family. We’ve been going there for over 20 years and food is getting better than ever. They don’t skimp on drink matter of fact only the premium. And the superb service, with wait staffs that been there for a long time, with smile and treat you like their own. And the music.
