Very friendly to book

I cannot book anything, always says my password is incorrect, tried to reset Many times and never got the emails (checked spam folder). Created a new account and still can’t book anything. It just stopped working for me!

The OpenTable app is just wonderful. Very easy to use, it has all the important features to get to know the restaurants, make reservations and adding the event to the calendar. Just great!

Whenever I go to make a reservation at a restaurant, I see the time available times, but when tap it, I get an error message “we’re having trouble communicating. with our server.” This happens all the time, different restaurants too.

Easy to use

This is what I say to my wife every time I use this app. It’s a convenient way of making a reservation.

-Reserved a counter seat at 7pm -Restaurant calls and offers me a table at 7:30pm. -I accept. -Reservation time updates to 7:30pm but still says “counter” under seating -I call to alleviate the confusion and the restaurant tells me the app doesn’t let them change the type of seating after a reservation is made This seems like a common enough occurrence that accounting for it would have been on the list of “go/no go” criteria for publishing the initial product. Strongly recommend correcting this on the next update.

I’ve used this app for more than 10 years, literally hundreds of times. They zapped most of my points with no explanation at all.
