OpenTable: Restaurant Bookings

Whenever I go to make a reservation at a restaurant, I see the time available times, but when tap it, I get an error message “we’re having trouble communicating. with our server.” This happens all the time, different restaurants too.

Easy to use

This is what I say to my wife every time I use this app. It’s a convenient way of making a reservation.

-Reserved a counter seat at 7pm -Restaurant calls and offers me a table at 7:30pm. -I accept. -Reservation time updates to 7:30pm but still says “counter” under seating -I call to alleviate the confusion and the restaurant tells me the app doesn’t let them change the type of seating after a reservation is made This seems like a common enough occurrence that accounting for it would have been on the list of “go/no go” criteria for publishing the initial product. Strongly recommend correcting this on the next update.

I’ve used this app for more than 10 years, literally hundreds of times. They zapped most of my points with no explanation at all.

Great App for making reservations but finding my favs is tough

Never a disappointment… Last minute needed a good meal with great ambiance, so no second thought but headed back to Brandl’s. Delish appys, and entrees left no extra room for desserts… Love that many choices now come in three options: appetizers, entrees, or family style, which was just perfect for our family.With daily specials which vary each week, you can’t go wrong…

I find the App OpenTable easy to use and beneficial! A resource to find a place suited to my requirement.

Impossible to log in if you lose access to your email - you lose all your points!!!! bot takes you round in circles- incredibly frustrating
