OpenTable: Restaurant Bookings

full screen image viewer stops at image no.15, regardless of total available, can’t swipe left anymore. Also swiping should be more sensitive, so moving back and forth between images is faster. (Loading spinner is quite big and ugly as well) Great app, keep up the good work.

I searched for restaurants in Vienna. For the following day there were 9 restaurants only. How come? No filters on my side. I expect an explanation of some sort since Vienna enjoys hundreds of restaurants.

Tried to sync the web account with the App for over an hour and gave up

I found this application unreliable. I ordered seat at Tony Roma’s at Berlin (fabolous restaurant, by the way). However, i was not granted with the points which the app promises. I could not find any customer’s service details to call within the app.

Though finding and scheduling is great but then trying to reserve is a different story. Verification code and verification code. Lately I just use the app to see what’s available then call the restaurant direct.

They have changed their menu and a place that we used to enjoy has become a place we will not return to. It’s really a shame. We have been eating there for 20 + years we it’s the same menu and in one menu change they have ruined it for us.
