Stopped working
A good app, when it works. Seems my app no longer works which may correspond with the update. Very annoying as I now can’t keep an eye on my energy usage.

A good app, when it works. Seems my app no longer works which may correspond with the update. Very annoying as I now can’t keep an eye on my energy usage.
Neither gas or electric readings can be submitted as after entering the reading and pressing submit the screen just hangs. That and a now appalling user interface, makes this is very poor user experience
I’ve used this app since it became available, it used to be better at similar home comparisons. I have the latest version of the app, for day to day costs it’s very good. The similar homes comparison cost is useless as more often than not data not available on daily basis for up to a week, adding up difference shows just how useless comparison is.
This was a very useful app when I started using it a few years ago but it’s just becoming more and more useless. Confusing layout, Can’t even submit a meter reading (“we’re just grabbing all of your meter information. Come back soon”) Still there’s a shop now so that’s nice I guess 🙄 As an aside I tried to sign up to the website and apparently my details don’t match those on record. I wonder what I got wrong- the account number in all my bills? My postcode? My date of birth? My name? 🤔
For over a year now I just get the message We're in the process of migrating groups of customers to our new experience, so access to your online account is temporarily unavailable. You can see more details on our website and we'll contact you with any next steps once your new account is ready. Thanks for your patience. I have reloaded the app from the App Store but no difference. By the way, the website is no better, in process of being redeveloped for about the same time. OVO are a very poor company to have to do business with.
You have to go all around the world just to get a refund and then when you find how to do it I can only have less than half of the credit in my account
I shouldn’t have to even give 1 star. The APP is totally useless. I have the necessary iPhone and OS but after logging in it just tells me this version is out of date and there is no option to update.
Difficult to circumnavigate, Misleading instructions,
Daily totals now indicate the cost again so I’m happy. This was fixed quickly by the developer.
Doesn’t work for the former SSE customers that have been migrated to OVO.
