Don’t buy this device if you live outside of USA/ CANADA app is not available in South America . I want my money back !! I can not use here in Chile … this is a fraud

Compré por Amazon a USA el owlet dream. Para mi sorpresa luego intentar instalar la aplicación de owlet, esta no tiene soporte ya que solo se debería vender en Estados Unidos y Canadá. La estafa y la irresponsabilidad de la gente de owlet radica en venden un producto sin soporte para Sudamérica y además juegan con el tiempo y salud de niños inocentes.

No sirve para owlet sock 3 y la app dream no está disponible para Chile, un desastre, 400 dólares a la basura 😥

Buena resolución de cámara, pero lenta transmitiendo audio y video (delay), incluso en red local. El smart sock también es lento para obtener las mediciones. En general funciona bien, pero hay detalles por mejorar

The base station and app are plagued with wifi connection issues. If the base station is disconnected from power the whole station has to be reset because it won’t automatically connect back to the wifi or the app. Setup can be seriously painful as well having to open browser connect to the wifi manually going back into the app only for the app to still not be not connect. When you pay $400 aud you expect the software to function first time around and you’d expect it to automatically establish its link again.

The sock is awesome, it’s great to have something to monitor your baby’s heart and oxygen. The app on the other hand is poorly developed, has extremely poor connectivity at times, records blank spots while monitoring baby’s vitals and doesn’t connect properly via 5G internet even though it’s supposed to be compatible with dual-band routers. The app really needs an extreme makeover.

I have owned this camera for over four years and every time I open the app I’m waiting for the latest form of bug to affect the use of the product. Whether it’s poor connection errors, the loading screen that doesn’t appear to ever load, the camera itself requiring factory resets, audio cutting out after 15 seconds the list goes on. I’ve replaced routers, changed Internet service providers, moved properties and yet still the app will fail to connect to the camera. This product is unreliable and I definitely would look at alternative cameras if I had my time again.
