The app doesn’t load data sometimes, doesn’t work well across 2 devices e.g. sometimes only sends notifications on 1 device or the other, acknowledging doesn’t sync back to the base station and etc. Love the product but the app needs much more refinement
Multiple translations are missing and only visible as language tags which makes the instructions impossible to follow. Would be great to have proper translations or at least the possibility to change the instruction languages to see everything in English.
Se si spendono così tanti soldi, si pretende che funzioni in maniera eccellente!! Non è il caso perché la sock 3 si scollega in continuazione, si disconnete e si rimuove da sola! Una delusione!

Die App, insbesondere seit dem letzten Update im Nov 22, hängt oft und stürzt ab. Beim ersten starten der App funktioniert es sowieso nie, dann muss man zuerst die App wieder komplett schliessen & neu starten. Manchmal geht Ton nicht, dann verschwindet das Bild.. und ich hab die Aufnahmefunktion nicht, trotz update. eine angepasste App für das iPad wäre auch toll. Ansonsten: Bildqualität gut, Ton (zu) gut, Verzögerung in der Regel ok, manchmal jedoch zu lange. Zoomfunktion top, auch wenn hier die Bildqualität dann besser sein könnte, ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Le principe de l’app et de la cam / chaussette est bien mais : - subsiste des conflits de connection au wifi car la chaussette ne se connecte plus au réseau et ne le trouve plus dans la liste des réseaux disponible car le ssid est deja enregistré ce qui me force a reset le produit au retour de chaque week end. - depuis la mise à jour de l’app la durée de connexion de l’app à la camera a considérablement augmenté ( approx 3/4 minutes ). On vit dans le monde de l'instantané, vous avez adopté une stratégie de pricing vous positionnant comme un des fournisseurs haut de gamme. Alors que votre produit n’est pas abouti et votre application non plus. Il est temps de recruter du personnel plus qualifié et de s’assurer que le service auquel nous avons droit soit rétabli.
Die App ist ok. Wäre toll wenn es eine Angepasste Version für das iPad gäbe. Sowie wäre es hilfreich wenn es die Möglichkeit gibt, ein Widget auf den Homescreen anzuzeigen.
Die Kameraqualität ist gut und hat eine vertretbare Verzögerung von meist wenigen Sekunden, manchmal etwas mehr. Auch die Nachtsichtkera ist gut. Die App hat aber noch viel Potenzial: - oft muss ich die App neu starten, weil das Kamerabild nicht geladen wird - Es gibt keine Timer-Funktion. Nonstop willst du die Benachrichtigungen nicht aktiviert haben, sondern nur dann, wenn das Kind schläft. Hier wünschte ich mir eine KI in der Kamera, die erkennt, wenn ein Baby im Bett liegt und nur dann Bewegungen und Geräusche meldet. Oder wenigstens eine Timerfunktion, dass man nur zu gewissen Zeiten Benachrichtigungen erhalten will.
We were so excited for this product when we purchased it. We thought as first time parents it would give us peace of mind at night time. For a product designed to ease stress it has done nothing but give us countless hours of grief over the past week. This device worked perfectly for 3 weeks out of the 4 we have been using it. Over the last week it has been disconnecting from our wifi and it has been impossible to reconnect. Every other day after restarting everything and saying a few Hail Marys “**it may**” reconnect for an unknown period of time. Right now it works every second day. (All of the other 15/20 devices in our smart home work perfectly without issue) We have contacted customer support 3 times. Twice we have been told it’s nothing to do with owlet fans must be a router issue (it is not a router issue) and they are using this as a get out clause to not allow the warranty to be executed. Save yourselves wasting a lot of money on this device where when it doesn’t work customer support won’t offer any support/replacement parts/refund or any real help in any way. There are other devices on the market which are similar, cheaper and the customer service can’t be worse!
