Todella hyvä

Ilklot on

Toimii erittäin hyvin ja tuo mielenrauhaa omaan nukkumiseen. Ei turhia hälytyksiä. Hälytysrajoja pitäisi voida muuttaa itse.

Doesn't notify even Red alerts!

Jokukolme on

When on a sleep mode, doesn't notify anything! I have made an exception on owlet app to allow all notification! History data inaccurate. Takes ages to "connect the base" and translation to finish is trash!

Terrible translations and difficult setup

psjoholm on

The translations are severely lacking. Based on previous reviews, the problems have been reported, but that has not lead to any fixes. There’s both obvious errors and also large portions of text missing. The setup was also quite difficult. Apparently the system only supports 2.4 ghz wifi and I had to force my phone onto 2.4 to be able to complete the setup. As that’s not something you can toggle on an iPhone, the only solution I came up with was to temporarily disable 5 ghz on my wifi router.

Poor app

Tienkou on

We use this with my wife. We love the idea but hate the app (and often the sock). The range of the sock only works next to the base station. So this only works for night sleep. The app itself is SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW and unreliable. Data viewers often don’t load. It seems to be connection problem to the sock and/or some remote database where probably the data is stored – I can’t know for sure but the experience using the app is 90% time frustrating. Some architecture rework might be in order or the app is just DC’d all the time. App often gets stuck in notifications - meaning that when I try to snooze some false alarm it just gets stuck to notification (with the alarm still ringing) or snoozes but doesn’t return to the main view (so I can’t f.ex. toggle the base station off while feeding the baby on sofa 3 metres away from the basestation and getting connection problems and alarms for no reason so I have to stop feeding, make my baby cry and go punch the stupid base station). When the app and the sock work it is very nice to have this extra layer of safety and calm. The HW just wasn’t what I expected and app fails us often. I hope you would smoothen the UX for us tired parents.

Awful App for good product

metsapena on

The sock & cam have brough have so much ease of mind. However, this app is trash. The translations are horrible and the company does not care. Some of the texts are completely wrong, they are cut off etc. Biggest issue however, are the constant connection issues. I can imagine someone with worse wifi simply quitting altogether. Also on the latest update the gauges on landscape camera mode stopped working. I’d write them a feedback, but I know they will simply copy & paste me the same reply.

Awful app - awful translations

appiqueen on

Setup is a horror, and required many attempts to connect base to phone. The Finnish translations are ridiculous and there is no possibility in app to change the language setting which is a big minus. For example yes and no have been translated to ”working” & ”not working”.

Horrible app, horrible support (review no.2)

mbmmarian on

“Please reach out to our customer support” says the reply to my initial review. I have, multiple times and it is always customer’s fault/connection issue/device issue. No, there is no issue with the connection (1Gbps connection, 802.11ax router) or the devices (iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone XS or iPad Air M1). Fix the app, stop trying to look helpful and interested to fix non-existing problems,

Great potential, lousy app

Puumalainen on

The history data is inaccurate, it doesn’t even show the red alerts of which I’ve had a few. The graphs are also very hard and cumbersome to follow. They also seem very uninformative compared to apps which show similar (sleep) data such as Oura or Withings, which allow users to observe sleep trends and compare nights. However the app and sock give me assurance that my baby is alive, which is most important, but there is so much potential in the app to do more.

Suomennos on ala-arvoinen

pukkinissinen on

Todella huono käännös. Eivät korjaa vaikka pyyntöjä laitettu useita.

Full of bugs and cheap google translations that makes you cry.

KaiusL on

Title says it all. I simply can’t pair sock. It fails every time and customer service can’t help and it is in US. Also the localized translation in app makes you cry. My baby has “expiration date” in local language instead of due date.
