As another user affirmed here, I can confirm: I bought this app and the Oxford Collocation in 2017. Now I've changed my iPhone and the app does not work anymore. And worst! It denies me any access to my purchase.

I bought this app in 2021, now that I have a new phone it won’t let me restore my previous purchase. It’s telling me that I’m supposed to pay again
Broken
The app is broken. It’s stuck on a loading page that doesn’t allow to click neither to restore purchases nor to buy the available dictionaries.
Bad app
The pronunciation of the words is not working!
Audio is not working
Since some days ago, I haven’t been able to hear the pronunciation of the words. When I click on one of the speakers, no sound is heard.
Keeps shutting down on MacOS
It's a fantastic dictionary. However, it keeps shutting down on the mac operating system. I hope this will be fixed soon.
Navigation could be better
I’m very disappointed with app navigation: 1. We have to tap a word in Dictionary to get access to the History (there should have a clock icon in the first display). 2. When we look for some words in History and then we want to search a new one we have to tap backward many times to get back to Dictionary (a magnifier icon would be enough) 3. When we search an entry we have to tap back to search a new one (again a magnifier icon could help). 4. When we tap a word in definition of a search we can’t directly go back to the word we first searched (there should have an option to return to the first search). It’s strange (at least for me) to see so many flaws in a dictionary like OALD. Hope you fix it all. But still 4 STARS because OALD is simply wonderful.
Unethical Practices, Poor Service, and Outdated Content
I bought OALD 9 permanently, but now I’m being forced to buy OALD 10 without the option to restore my previous purchase. This is an unethical practice aimed at pushing users to spend more. The app quality is poor, customer support is terrible, and vocabulary updates are lacking. I strongly advise against purchasing this app. Don’t waste your money on such deceptive services!

I bought oald 9 and couldn’t redownload it
