I bought OALD 9 permanently, but now I’m being forced to buy OALD 10 without the option to restore my previous purchase. This is an unethical practice aimed at pushing users to spend more. The app quality is poor, customer support is terrible, and vocabulary updates are lacking. I strongly advise against purchasing this app. Don’t waste your money on such deceptive services!

I already purchased 4-year full access to OALD some time ago. But recently I lost my phone so I have to log in again in my new phone. My ID was right but then it said "Connection Error"? What's wrong with that? And why can't I enter my account? Is my money all gone? Fix the problem please...

I bought a new phone and re-downloaded OALD 9 but it kept showing an error which prevented me from downloading it.

No free no use 🤡.They allow me to download it for free but I have to expend money for looking up words whereas I can do it on the Internet for free????

I bought the right for having access to the Dictionary for 4 months. However, I was not allowed to get access to it just after 9 months. And this is the second time they cheat me.

Can it be plugged in system iOS to look up the word everywhere in other application, say you can look up directly on Safari browser when reading news on it.
