ウィジェットが使えない
以前はwords of the dayのウィジェットが使えており、大変重宝していたのですが、アップデート後からなのか何も表示されなくなってしまい残念です。辞書としては使いやすい物だと思います。
OALD8はもう使えないの？
OALD8の頃から使っています。最近iPhone15に機種変更しましたが、OALD8の辞書をダウンロード出来ません。CaralogueからRe-download purchased OALD8を押すと Unable to download Re-download purchased OALD8 / The operation couldn’t be completed. (SKErrorDomain error 2. ) となり、ダウンロードできません。新しいiPhoneでOALD8を使う方法を教えてください。
Background colour selection
I love to use the OALD10, but I’d like just one improvement. In the older OALD apps, background colour could be selected. I would like you to bring back this feature. Thank you.
調べた履歴が頻繁に消える！
調べた単語の履歴が頻繁に消えるので、とにかく使いにくい。（当方、最新のiOS、最新バージョンのアプリ、iPhone14。） 何度もサポートに問い合わせてるが、「そのバグは報告してるが、まだ対応出来てない」とのこと。基本機能に関するバグなのに、かれこれもう2〜3年ほど修正されずに放置されている。 大手のアプリなのに、このやる気のなさが信じられない…。 （2024/03/30 追記） 物凄く久しぶりにアップデートがあったが、調べた単語の履歴が消えるバグは完全に放置されている。こんなにやる気のない大手のアプリは見たことがない。
サインインできません
サインインできません。 catalogのところから、メールアドレスとパスワードを入力しても、前の画面に戻って、エラーが発生しました。となり、サインインできません。 ウェブサイトの方では、コードの redeemも終わって、プレミアムが使えているのですが、アプリでサインインできません。 アプリの削除、再ダウンロードは行いました。 どうすればいいでしょうか？
検索できない。
数年使っています。 たまに音声が再生されない。 Ipadのアップデート以降、別のアプリを開いた後に検索バーがバグって検索できない。 バグがあるのとインターネットで無料で全く同じ辞書がつかえるので購入しないことをお勧めします。
詐欺会社
OALD9を急に使えなくする詐欺会社。購入しても数年後の権利を保証されないため使わない方が身のため。
詐欺アプリ
紙の辞書を買ったが旺文社の手順通りやってもアカウント連携できません。サポートの対応も悪いのでここの辞書は買わない方がいいです。 本当にお金を返してほしい。
不具合
音が出なくなってしまったので改善お願いします
