No Customer support!!!
I have subscribed to this app for four years. I had crashes in the app that arent fixed. I had to upload saved vocab to iCloud from the settings of the app. I reinstalled the app but then when I tried to sync my data I couldn’t. I tried to contact the customer service for over a month via email, but they always reply by sying” We trying to contact our developer!”. But they haven’t done anything for more than two months. Even though I sent them reminders every two days!. My subscription is just wasted and the app is usless now, since I don’t trust saving any new words in there because sooner or later I know that’s gonna happen again and will lose all of me new vocab as it happened before. Its so hard to lose everything with a blink of an eye that you ket working so hard to keep them there. My advice to you don’t subscribe even for one an hour. For your information, I tried the trial app before subscribing for the Four-Years but I didn’t know that will be like that. The problem is that I trusted the app since it’s Oxford but then I have another app which is for free and way better than this app with many flash cards and meanings. Finally, I tried to ask for refund but they asked me to contact Apple and Apple told me that I exceeded the limit to get a refund. So, no refund no app just wasted money for nothing.

Unethical Practices, Poor Service, and Outdated Content
I bought OALD 9 permanently, but now I’m being forced to buy OALD 10 without the option to restore my previous purchase. This is an unethical practice aimed at pushing users to spend more. The app quality is poor, customer support is terrible, and vocabulary updates are lacking. I strongly advise against purchasing this app. Don’t waste your money on such deceptive services!
