The Search Bar & Entry Page Failure

Eric Thet on

Dear OALD Customer Support Team, I am reaching out to you to report a technical malfunction or inoperability of your Oxford Advanced Learner Dictionary developed and published by Oxford University Press, which I have been encountering or experiencing for several months. It has been somewhere in the region of two or three months since I first astonishingly and curiously ran into that both utterly unacceptable and disappointing issue with the entry search bar function. Throughout the life of a loyal or long-standing OALD customer, I had never ever been confronted by such kind of unsatisfactory and annoying problem, yet I unexpectedly and surprisingly had to acknowledge that a few months ago, perhaps, more specifically approximately the past 2 months. Even since that time, I have been waiting around for an automatic or manual solution accompanied by either your new software development or a complaint like this by one of the long-time consumers. Whenever I launch my OALD application on both iPad Generation and iPad Pro, yours tend to function abnormally or inadequately, which arises almost every time. As you can explicitly view and investigate in my evidential demonstrated recorded videos on two distinct iOS devices, when I leave the application, moving on to another app, or just directly run and search a random word in the entry with no other application usage, it has been its typical behaviour that no word appears for that result. No word comes down for the typed correct word searching for in the box as usual. There is nothing I can take action for my references and access to their definitions, not to mention having a complete empty inside word-explanation session. Then, what is the usage of this purchased dictionary for me if I can do nothing with it, let alone successfully functioning it to gain targeted use purpose glorified? Please let me question you on how you are going to take responsibility and accountability for the not only comprehensive, feasible but also sufficient, desired and ultimate solution from your side. Please note that this flaw or dysfunction is not solely on one device but totally varied Apple devices ( both are iPads). If you counter my proven issue sourced from just your application, not from my devices and involvement by asking me to uninstall and reinstall it, I have already tested all potentially realistic ways and approaches to secure the problem resolved on my own, inclusive of your suggested options such as deleting and r
