Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.

3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices

Good soft ware app

Love this App

Have been using this App for a couple of years and rate it as the best password app out there. I rely on it every day and I just hope they keep it updated so I can keep using it well into the future. Recommend it highly!!!!

Following recent upgrade to IOS the app crashed and wiped all my passwords , no support from developer

Unable to access my pwd since update

I haven’t been able to access my pwd since the update. I tried to reach out to support but doesn’t seem to appear to go anywhere. This is a real concern as I rely heavily on the app to record the passwords and now I can’t access the information. If I could give it 0 star I would.

Have a recent issue after years of use

I have been using this app for years with no problems. Now I am unable to open a single thing that I have saved. It opens up for a second and then closes again. This is a significant problem. I would appreciate support in regaining access

Unable to access passwords

I have used this app for many years and now, I cannot access one password on my iPad as it instantly closes giving no opportunity to click for the password. Most unsatisfactory.

Warning: Do not upgrade to 15.12 until bug fix

Was a great app which I have relied upon for many years, but since the latest update I cannot access any of my recorded passwords. The app opens and can then select the required record, but the next screen opens for less than a second and nothing will make it remain open to show you the details of the record. Therefore all my passwords are inaccessible until the app is fixed. The backup is useless unless I have an app that will leave the detail screen open. Please fix as a matter of urgency!

Frustrating

Having the same problem as rastrips. I can’t access any details because the screen only flashes on for a second. Not sure the developers take any notice of these comments. Have tried contacting them but get nowhere. Need help. I would give the app a five star rating if this gets fixed. Have been using it for years.
