Nicht gut

Pdfs werden nicht mehr im Dokumentenordner geöffnet, Face-ID geht nicht mehr automatisch, Chronologische statt alphabetische Anzeige von Passwörtern, lässt sich nicht dauerhaft umstellen -> Verschlechterung gegenüber vorigen Versionen, schade ums Geld.

Arbeiten mit dem Paßwortsafe

Hallo, Ich bin mit dem Programm eigentlich recht zufrieden. Es hat auch am iPad immer gut funktioniert aber seit neuerem klappe die jeweilige Paßwortseite sofort immer weg. Nur beim iPad, beim Handy funktioniert es problemlos. Kann mir da wer helfen? LG Hannes

Database import not possible!

I can‘t import my database anymore! I allways get a „Size Error“ message! I use the latest version of iPassSafe on iOS 15.7!

Alle Daten weg

Nach dem letzten Update funktioniert Synchronisation nur mehr mit iCloud. Habe alle Daten der Kategorie „Websites“ verloren!! Was soll das? Bis jetzt hat alles super funktioniert. Nun ist alles weg und ich kann auch meine Sicherungsdatei von Dropbox nicht mehr einspielen. 😡

Synchronisation ist eine Lotterie

Ich habe die App auf einem iPhone, einem iPad und dem Mac installiert. Die Synchronisation über die Cloud ist die reinste Lotterie. Auf dem Mac werden immer alte Daten angezeigt. Nach viel Probieren und Frust habe ich herausgefunden, dass man Änderungen/neue Einträge am besten nur auf dem Handy macht und ja nicht auf dem Mac, sonst klappt der Datenabgleich gar nicht. Nach dem Update auf Version 15.11 funktioniert die Synchronisation leider überhaupt nicht mehr. Die geänderte lokale Datenbank wird nicht in die Cloud hochgeladen und ich finde auch keinen Weg, das manuell anzuleiern. Nach mühsamem hin und her Kopieren habe ich die Daten endlich auf den Mac gebracht. Am iPad mit Version 15.12 funktioniert die Anzeige der Einträge nicht mehr. Wenn man einen Eintrag anklickt, klappt die Ansicht kurz auf und geht gleich wieder zu. Somit völlig unbrauchbar. Ich bin mittlerweile echt genervt. An sich wäre die App was die Möglichkeiten an Datenhaltung angeht, ja gut, aber der Datensalat ist jedes Mal wieder nervtötend.

Grundsätzlich gut. Die syncronisation mit computer ist nicht ganz einfach

Daten gelöscht

Ebenfalls nach dem Update auf IOS 15 leider ein Teil der Daten weg, da keine regelmäßige Sicherung gemacht wurde. Support angeschrieben - bis dato keine Reaktion. Ca. alle 2 Wochen werden die Inhalte gelöscht und man fängt von vorne an - wieso???? Zauberei - wird langsam langweilig - Dropbox Sicherung wieder einspielen. 😡🥵

Alles weg

Auch bei mir und meinem Freund ohne Zutun … ca 2 Wochen nach Update (beide iOS) alles auf Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt… ohne Zutun, ohne fehlerhafte Logins … Löschen nach 10 Versuche war inaktiv Alle Daten einfach weg, alle Einstellungen zurückgesetzt inkl Login 😡

Nach IOS Update auch kleinen wie 15.1 Daten weg, daher Finger weg wenn man nur diese App hat.

Was soll das nach dem Updates sind jedes Mal alle Daten somit Passworter weg leider habe ich ganz aktuelle noch nicht in einer aktuelle Backup gehabt weshalb ich diese nun verloren habe. Soetwas geht für mich in einer App für die man gezahlt hat garnicht. Werde jetzt schnell alles auf eine andere App sichern und danach die Finger von dieser lassen. Auch bei meiner Frau und Freunden alles weg. Ich bin echt sehr angefressen.
