Na een update deed mijn face id het niet meer en herkende de app ook de pincode niet nu kan ik niet meer bij mijn gegevens in de app, niet handig!

Backup is not done automatically, the user is responsible for such a backup (IDB file) using features (iCloud, Dropbox, email, FTP ...) exists in iPassSafe to avoid loss of data when device is lost, damaged or any other reason, furthermore iPassSafe is NOT providing any direct cloud service, password retrieval, or backup service for security reason (all data stored on your device only!), user need to decide where to do the backup (iCloud, user's private Dropbox account, user's diskonkey using FTP, or user's email ...), the user is also responsible for this backup safety.
3. Sync is not merging data, you have to keep all updated data on one device and use sync option upload file, then load and activate with a password on all your other devices
4. Smart auto login algorithm is compatible with most web sites

All of a sudden I lost all my data due to new terms/ functionallity?.
I have 2 backups, one in iCloud, the other in dropbox. However, , it’s totally unclear ( if not impossoble) how to import one of these stored files. This is very frustrating and therefor I give one star.
Passwords only a second visible
After the last updates the program is not usable anymore, when I want to retreive a password it is showing it only a second. Unable to get support. When I want to send a message via the iPad app they want me to fill in the captcha code, but there is nothing displayed on the screen. Why updating to rubbish when it is working perfect?

After last update 15.6.1 not working on iPadOs Not able to read the data, for example, when you want to read the details os a website, the page appears for a second and disappears again. App version 15.12 This also happend for all Favorites, so not able to read my important notes , documents etc 3 nov 2022 op IPad now version 15,32 but the problem is not elimated. The same problems es here stated.

Geen sync meer mogelijk tussen icloud of dropbox
Very Bad!!
After last update you can not reach your passwords anymore. Developer doesn’t answer or fix. Very very bad!!
What happened to Dropbox synch??
The last update screwed up the synch options and I no longer have the Dropbox synch possibility. And the iCloud synch is simply not reliable. Please bring Dropbox synch back!!!
Does not work on iOS 15.6.1 iPad air 5th gen.
What is wrong / does not work: 1. After entering the app there is no menu. After pressing the ‘back’ arrow left upper corner, the menu appears. 2. After selecting an item in - for example - ‘favorites’, the app does show the individual fields, but jumps back to the favorites menu. This holds for all the metaitems menus (settings, computers, others, etc.). iPad is of type air, 5th generation, running iOS 15.6.1.
