PREVIEW: Planner for Instagram

Purchased a premium account for my instagram account and it won’t let me post anything because I keep getting access denied. Will be Going to my bank for a refund.

App worked great until end of May. From there all do a sudden video reposts were not working. Tried to work with resolving it and tried every option but then was told it was a problem on my end and not theirs. Nothing changed on my end-not the WiFi, the network, the provider etc. Their recommendation was to upgrade to another plan. Would not recommend after that.

I love this app. I’m heavy on planning ahead in my life so it’s incredibly helpful. My biggest pet peeve is only if you try to upload an image that is “too large” it asks you to readjust to the size 1:19:1 because apparently it says Instagram does not allow to post these long images but I tested it off the app in the actual Instagram and the photo uploaded fine. So if your image isn’t the correct ratio, it won’t post it. Take the image size restriction off, it’s not working.

I used this for TikTok video scheduling and my views SIGNIFICANTLY decreased on the videos I posted using this when compared with posting using TikTok. Maybe it’s a different story for Instagram but if you’re planning to use it for TikTok, don’t.

I cancelled the app on my phone and deleted it. I was billed regardless of following the process. So, I went online to their site to contact them. Their buttons do not give you a contact, they simply send you to random pages. Beware! Also, I can’t find a phone number to call them. Ended up having to stop future payments through my bank. I am guessing this happens to many.

Be very careful signing up for this service. Impossible to cancel. They will double bill you and hope you don’t notice. They will ignore cancellation requests. You will be throwing money down the toilet for years!

Good for super simple grid planning

Super frustrated! I have a PREMIUM account and two days ago I received error messages “not able to connect to Instagram” I logged out and now my account won’t refresh and only has my first twelve posts - I’ve emailed the company but good luck hearing from them - SUPER FRUSTRATING for an app you I rely on to FAIL 🤮👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Going to write another review, I got logged out and finally logged back in and all my posts and pictures that were to be posted in the future were all messed up!! The app creator will not return emails. I emailed them four or five times because I could not log back in because it automatically logged me out and was forcing me to log back in through Facebook, but I don’t have a Facebook account that I want linked to my specific Instagram account.

Will not auto post without premium plan, which is incredibly overpriced.

Ugh this is so frustrating. I’m trying to add reels from my IG but it just keeps loading after I paste the link. It makes my preview feed look inconsistent. It’s been like this for weeks.. can you hurry and fix this issue? Or at least make reels automatically load into the feed? I hate having to manually do it all the time.
