Technical Issues and Subscription Invoice Not Received
I recently downloaded the Preview app and opted for a yearly subscription. However, I have encountered persistent technical issues within the application. Specifically, whenever I attempt to load a video, the app fails to function properly, ultimately leading to a sudden exit from the application. This has significantly impacted my user experience and prevents me from utilizing the app's features as intended. Additionally, I have not received any invoice or confirmation regarding the payment for the yearly subscription. It is crucial to receive documentation for the transaction, both for my records and to ensure transparency in the billing process. I have attempted to contact your support team via the provided email address, but unfortunately, my emails were not delivered successfully. I also reached out through private messages on Instagram, but regrettably, I have not received any response. As a subscribed user who has invested in your service, I am genuinely concerned about the functionality of the app and the lack of communication regarding the subscription payment.

You cannot upload a video that is too long, but I just want to see the preview image, so I can organize my posts, this shouldn’t be the case.

Very efficient
A very efficient app.
So annoying
I just signed up for the premium version and it is so annoying to set up the account. First from a creator I was asked to convert to business (after taking so long to connect) then after this step my instagram is not recognized anymore! And asking to sign up on all platforms every time there is an action to take! So time consuming while it is supposed to help you with time management as well. Also it doesn’t crop your pictures, you have to have them cropped instagram size.
