Useless, no communication, no refund
Beware! I paid $259 for an app that did not do what it said it would! I emailed and asked for a refund - no response for months (I have all messages and emails saved)
When I would get a reply, they would be the same typical responses “what’s the email you signed up with”, “what’s the last 4 digits of your debit card” for literally a YEAR. Until yesterday they told me “no sorry, we can’t give refunds” WHY ASK ME ALL THESE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CARD DETAILS THEN?
Will be taking this further.

Dishonest, refuses refund, doesn’t answer
I didn’t mean to purchase the app and made a mistake. While most of apps just refund and cancel the account, Preview just chose to ignore my emails. Incredible, never saw that before. You cannot keep $149 from people like that. I’ll remove this review only if you answer my email and refund the subscription for an app I don’t use. I wrote 2 hours after purchasing and deleted the app since.
Everting is paid-not fun
All cool functions are paid and just the basics which are available everywhere else are free
Customer Service Unresponsive
Initially purchased without realising that the app won’t work with multiple email addresses - guess that’s on me? Reached out & received a reply that didn’t address my initial question, so requested a refund. Haven’t even used the app & asked for a refund of initial payment... And now?! Realized they’ve been taking money from my account after asking to cancel. Buyer beware.
Waste of money!
It’s not free ! Pls don’t fall for it! You can’t auto post because you need to upgrade before that, which means you need to pay for it monthly or yearly. If it is costing your clients money at least be honest about it and not advertise it as a ‘free’ app !
Long time user
Have used this app for a year or two, never had any issues. Now I add my photos and it randomly deletes them, throwing off the layout I’ve created. Please fix this it is super annoying. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall a month later and same issues
