I recommend👌👏

The most convenient application that can do everything for the owner of the property, for example, send an automatic reminder to guests the day before move-in, conveniently correspond with guests, and also monitor your finances. I recommend!!

Go to Airbnb

The worst app with the worst customer service at all! NOTHING works there - especially their calendar synchronization and even their technics has no idea why does that not work.. Airbnb is much much better than this. Update 04/2024: still nothing works, the apps gets worse and worse, now you can’t even send message to the clients and their customers service doesn’t care.

This application seems to be just a mobile version of an obsolete software written before 1996 and working very unstable. Pulse is tricky as well. In 2022 logs off suddenly for no reason time by time. Booking.com is not communicating with its business partners - host. When someone suggests some enhancement, there is no feedback. For instance when a customer makes his reservation, inputs his personal data including name, number of people, arrival date, total price for stay and others. Host has to type all this info manually into mobile phone instead of using contemporary 21st century technology to click and save all data using CSV. (A CSV (comma-separated values) file is a text file that has a specific format which allows data to be saved in a table structured format.)

Issues with almost everything

Unfortunately not working as it should. Notifications are late - email about the new or cancelled reservation received but nothing in app, financials is not actualized at all - payments paid already still pending as unpaid. It’s a pity because otherwise it’ll be really good tool to manage everything via phone only. No matter what you want to do it’s still needed to login via browser.
