This app and platform of booking.com is terrible for hosts, doesn’t have much functionality and it’s not user friendly. Specially when they give discount to people that host is not aware of. Just because something is better than nothing and they have clients, only reason I have to deal With it. Hope they learn few things from Airbnb.

The app keeps logging out and requesting verification code again and again
Airbnb’s App is much better The user interface is much easier & the app is a delight to use. Booking.com should copy & past many features & mainly UI
How hard is to setup a sms server for PIN verification. Every time, I need to call customer care (but only during office hours) to read them PIN number in order to verify the device/app that conveniently get logged out every week or so. Unbelievable annoying.
Excellent tool especially for remote management of the property even for observing your staff performance !
Please make sure to check the bugs on your application every 15 mins the account is hetting logged out
It worked fine initially. Now it keeps logging out every few minutes.
Everytime it is asking me to accept and term whenever I am going to the messages. Also after 2-3 months again I have to change password.
Very imcompetent staff by BDC never comes with a solution!!!! Such a shame I have to give at least 1 star
