Issue with replying messages in the app

Can’t leave feedback on guests

My main bug bear is that I can’t leave feedback on guests, in particular guests that leave the property in a bad state, damage the property and break things and then leave without notifying us of what they’ve done. Often I feel that I would not recommend these guests to other hosts or hotels. However they are entitled to write what they wish about us, and we can’t respond. We will get marked down for areas of what we offer with no clear explanation, we are a small family run business, guests are invited to stay in our home and behave as though they are staying in a hotel. The Pulse Ap needs extra features that offer a fair review from both the host the guests.

App

App is very easy to use but logs me out every so often which is annoying. Is there a setting I need to change to keep it logged in?

Its a really handy thing to be able to manage your bookings on your phone . Sometimes the app has to be downloaded at times as it can stop working.

Terrible app, terrible company

It’s perfectly in tune with the whole booking.com operating system which is absolutely terrible. If you’re interested in rooms, apartments, houses, just stick with AirBnB. I have to open the AirBnB app just to check when reservations start/end with booking.com, the app forever shows notifications when there aren’t any, it’s just an all round terrible app and booking.com are a terrible platform for hosts, popular with guests ya, but a nightmare for hosts.

Disappointing service

Impossible to contact your help line, no service at all and absolutely not support on line to hosts .. really shocking !

It is crazy that guests can put there own rating on there reviews A guest give our accommodation nearly 10 out of 10 in every area but than over all they give you a 5 I don’t think the public understand how this can effect your business our overall score has come down dramatically since this was brought in It is pure crazy Jennifer lillis
