Pulse is not showing current reservations. Have rang multiple times. Bot answering machine. Very disappointing to have this level of service from a business partner. Similar complaints regarding similar issues
Excellent app
I find pulse is good ,99%of the time , the bookings come through it , I have had 3 system failures and still struggling with booking .com .to correct them . You owe me €338.20 which I am awaiting return . I have tried and failed to get a proper response , when you me call . Automatic answering , and can’t get any further Please correct the errors .mary .

My main bug bear is that I can’t leave feedback on guests, in particular guests that leave the property in a bad state, damage the property and break things and then leave without notifying us of what they’ve done. Often I feel that I would not recommend these guests to other hosts or hotels. However they are entitled to write what they wish about us, and we can’t respond. We will get marked down for areas of what we offer with no clear explanation, we are a small family run business, guests are invited to stay in our home and behave as though they are staying in a hotel. The Pulse Ap needs extra features that offer a fair review from both the host the guests.

App is very easy to use but logs me out every so often which is annoying. Is there a setting I need to change to keep it logged in?
Its a really handy thing to be able to manage your bookings on your phone . Sometimes the app has to be downloaded at times as it can stop working.
Enjoy using pulse is a good system as great when on the go . Thank you
