New updates on the app has made it super easy to all the work from your phone

The app has been showing error for the past 48hrs not working at all….. it constantly does this but now it’s doing it continuously for the past 2 days and as of the time of writing this review it’s not working.

We love figuring out new ways to utilise the app and get our listing seen… a programmers dream

Great App but not so user friendly at times. More functionality and options are required to reset the price

You have to switch between the Pulse App and Extranet. It really takes some time to get used to the inner workings on the App. Positives: I get immediate notifications on bookings and cancellations. Inboxed messages and reviews from guests come through immediately so I’m happy about that. Negatives: I still get double bookings from time to time and I have a hard time modifying the description of the listed property. Questions posed directly to the property don’t appear on the App, you have to go to the extranet portal to see them and I suspect that some cancellations were due to these unanswered questions.

It’s easy to use, I’m on the app every day!

The pulse app works so well for me when on the go. Easy to use and we can keep in contact with guests well. Plus the support team of Booking.com has been excellent in solving my little issues ( change of log in details and banking details) with ease. Thanks a lot!!!
