A great app for managing my booking through an agent.

A wonderful management tool. It is hard to improve it.

What’s Happening?

I downloaded the app last week and it was working fine, and all of a sudden it’s stopped working. I can’t see ANY data? It just keeps saying ‘Something went wrong. Please try again later’, but nothing???

Hate it

I can not stand using this app. It doesn’t refresh bookings with other sites fast enough and it’s almost impossible to navigate. So incredibly annoying. You could take a page out of Airbnb’s book, that’s for sure!

Overly complicated. Very difficult to edit cancelation policies, edit our own write ups booking.com does on our behalf with incorrect or false information. Note that the offerings keep changing as technology changes very fast and booking.com can’t keep up so the app or company policies need to be changed for fast access to editing all the changes an establishment owner needs to make on a weekly basis plus seasonal changes in the offerings. Hard to edit Payment plans & remove Genius especially cancelations where we have found booking.com or the ap has made errors on number of persons. Hard to edit rates with varying numbers. The extra net should be removed or consolidated into 1 easy to navigate and use cell phone ap for mobility as most people are on the move. The system has bugs like incorrect number of persons and rates per child, pax or bed. Lack of transparency. No direct guest phone numbers or email addresses shown in booking details. No insistence on leases or breakage/damage and key, pool card or other deposits & cleaning fees. No insurance company cover offered. No 24 hour personal phone assistance meaning loss of revenue for both the owners and booking.com due to long delays especially on short notice reservations to let properties.

Can’t download the older version

I have an old iPhone 6s and I’m unable to download the older version and now I’m unable to use pulse it cuts me off when I tap download, so my existing pulse doesn’t work and I’m unable to download the new.
