Very little support from the human team and very disappointed with the support received. They couldn't help with anything, just said sorry and that was it.

Day by day booking.com service,managment and app going worse they make more complications and no solution not hear anything about hotel partners problems. Very bad behave and representatives not respond well

I accidentally sent messages but cannot cancel it
Garbage - pure garbage
This application mush have been designed by a lobotomized engineer. The UI , Logic and overall flow is so unfriendly that you will feel like you are having a stroke. How can a company like Booking.com with so many resource create the utter pice of garbage as their product. Shame !!!!!
