Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten war die Messung völlig unterschiedlich. Von: Problem Zu: völlig in Ordnung. Ich habe chronische Depressionen und habe gerade eine akute depressive Phase. Dies wird nicht erkannt. Einiges ist auf Englisch. Warum? Mein Englisch ist nicht gut genug für einige der Texte. Warum kann die KI nicht für Fragen oder einen Dialog benutzt werden?
Wichtige Angaben sind in englischer Sprache !
Ausgerechnet wichtige Teile der Beurteilung oder Teile in den Tests sind in englischer Sprache! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit diesen bug positiv zu beeinflussen! So bleibt es bei der Testphase.
Fühle mich getäuscht
Ich startete das Testabo (7Tage) Pro für 1€ mache den Einstiegstest erhielt die Statistiken und Empfehlungen. Einen Tag später war alles "Premium" gesperrt. Zum Freischalten wurden wieder 0,49€ (statt 6,99€ pro Woche) fällig. Die Sprachführung ist gemischt in deutsch und englisch. Für einen Abopreis von regulären 39€/Monat + 6,99€/Woche finde ich das inakzeptabel und preislich nicht angemessen.
Betrug
Sie bieten keine freie Probezeit. Es wird sofort Geld abgebucht. Finger weg!
Mediation Sprache
Möglichkeiten Meditation z.b. acc deutsch dann sollte das da auch deutsch sein die Sprache des Audios File
Nicht zu empfehlen
Nach den 7 Tage Probe wird einfach abgezogen ohne zu fragen oder der gleichen Konto kann Mann auch nicht direkt kündigen nicht zu empfehlen !!
Bodenlose Frechheit
Ich würde am liebsten in den Minusbereich mit den Sternen. Ich habe das Abo über die Apple Einstellungen gekündigt, aber mir wurden die 40€ jeden Monat trotzdem abgezogen. Nachdem ich mich mit dem Support in Verbindung gesetzt hatte und die mir Versicherten, dass mein Abo gekündigt sei, wurden mit diesen Monat schon wieder 40€ abgebucht. Ich rate jedem dazu ab diese App zu benutzen.
Abzocke!
Ich wollte nur mal aus Spaß, 1€ für die Auswertung bezahlen, doch gleich paar Sekunden später, ohne was weiter zu bestätigen oder zu drücken wurden mir fast zeitgleich 29,99€ abgezogen. Hab den eine Mail geschrieben, Ich werde meinen Anwalt einschalten…. Die größte sauerei!!!! Und dann alles auf Fremdsprache, das man nichts lesen kann….!
