In one week this app withdraws 120$ without any approval. When you ask support to sort it out they will say there is no email address registered under your name. Yet transactions keep going. When I go to subscriptions I don’t even see this app anywhere yet money is being spent. For not even using this stupid app. Interface is awful too. Impossible to find your own details. It’s specifically made so you can’t cancel/unsubscribe/ add/delete details.
Useless unreliable results
Downloaded this app & wanted to try the 7 day free trial before purchasing a subscription. However, I was charged IMMEDIATELY for an annual subscription?! Completed a contact form & am yet to receive a response regarding a full refund.
You charge and say it’s free You don’t appear on the subscriptions list on Apple I don’t know where to cancel the subscription You are scammers ! Reporting you now
Bought the 7 day trial for $1. Next step was to complete a form for a report, got charged $27 for this 'report' immediately. After 3 days I was automatically billed as if had subscribed. Only found out later cancelling is not all that easy. It is a 2 step process and if you do not have access to your emails it is impossible to cancel. I want a refund for both charges please.
Tried the app to see if I can add it to my daily care routine. I activated the 7 day trial for $1 and immediately they tried to charge another $29.99. Let this be a red flag and warning. Stay away from the app, I can’t delete my profile and check the status of my current plan (Yes it’s a trial). If this is the case with a trial, what will happen once I pay for a premium membership?
Difficult to cancel. Offers very little to no value for money!
The WORST app on the app store! They still debit money even when you cancelled- and then the customer services just don’t reply when asking why and if there will be a refund. Fraudsters! People like this should not have an app on the app store!
Why should we pay to access the results
This app is ridiculous, after cancelling subscription they are still constantly trying to debit R 9.99 I get charged a fee if I have no money in the account every time they try to debit and still get invoices from Apple after they have successfully debted, persistent bastards!!!! Money Hungry, Daylight Robbery.
