This apps is fishy. They make complicated policy to stop you from unsubscribing, and unlink from the apps store record so you can’t reach out to Apple for refund too! I have tested and decided not to proceed with subscription. Cancelled during a free trial but there’s actually another separate email with a confirmation link to click on (the email message is poorly structured, message unclear). My apps store recorded that my subscription has been cancelled during the trial period, but the app’s developer end has charged me. The support replied that I’m ineligible for refund. I couldn’t reach out to Apple support for refund because the paid subscription record is not shown in apps store.
Unauthorised charging
Can please someone get back to me regarding the charging? Last week i downloaded the app and took the trial. On the same day i deleted the app and unsubscribe it. Turn out today I’ve been charging 19$. I download the app again to see whether i can stop it from keep going and then there’s no option to stop it and asking to register the trial. Im very poor. That 19$ is a lot for me. Thats my 3 day’s money for food. Anyone from the company please help me and reach out to me.
Always error
When i try to unsubscribe the apps, it always shows ERROR. I ended up had to pay subscription $19.90 due incompelete to cancel subscription. Waiting for them to cancel my subscription. Lesson learnt dont subscribe apps outside from apple environment. Hard to trace and request for refund!
