My anxiety and stress is the worst of my life and its telling menim good to go whilst the GP has referred me to a therapist. How is it soooo wildly wrong?

This is the worst app I have ever used.
This situation is unacceptable. My friend downloaded this app previously and unfortunately ended up losing some money because of it. He left a review expressing his concerns, and the developer responded, claiming they would resolve the issue via email. However, my friend checked his inbox, and there was no communication at all. It’s clear the developer was not honest in their response. Think twice before downloading this app—it’s not worth your time!!! 😡😡
To complicated
I’ve spent 5 minutes this morning trying to get a reading but different things keep popping up on the screen. I’ve cancelled my free trial. Also it tells me to put a nickname with my comment. I have used my nickname but it says that’s being used already, but that my nickname.
To much money!!!
This is a good app, but you can’t do anything unless you pay! I’ve been stopping the free trial because everybody is saying that it is hard to cancel! Unless you are willing to spend money, don’t get this app!
