Just put your finger on the phone's camera, fully covering the lens and flashlight. For accurate measurement, stay still, you will get your heart rate after several seconds. Don't forget to allow camera access.

DON’T DO IT!
Total nightmare to cancel subscription They say it’s easy but I cancelled through the App Store still charged me a renewal.
Don't purchase this app
I downloaded this app and paid the $1.70 to start the trial period. I emailed them the next day to cancel my subscription and didn't receive a response. I cancelled the app through the web subscription cancellation link and received a confirmation email it had cancelled. I did this several times. I was still charged three times including after a member of their customer support emailed me and said it had been cancelled. I was in communication with the customer support team for days where I asked the same questions over and over again with no response. I asked multiple times to be handed over to another customer service representative and wasn't. Finally they said they would refund and then in another email a few minutes later that they wouldn't refund me. I asked if they could confirm whether they were or not and they didn't tell me. They refunded the one charge that was taken out after they had emailed to say that they had cancelled it. They don't use the name of the app either on the bank statement instead using Reflectioapp. I complained through apple but because they make you subscribe through a web subscription it doesn't show up on your app purchases and not all the charges show up for apple to refund. I highly recommend not buying this app. To top it off, I'm chronically unwell and downloaded the app to help with managing it but was charged money I can't afford. Terrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Update: I have been given a full refund for this
