Not reliable at all! This App is dangerous because you think it really tracks your vital data correctly which it just does NOT. 2 Checks within 2 minutes with completely different results. i yould have been dead if this apps data would be correct. tried severel times on several days - no matching results at all.

This seems like a total scam to be honest. None of the things it pretends to do can be measured with any sort of scientific accuracy. Linear progress bars and not much else
The ad is misleading, it asks a few simple question and show a progress bar to make you think their AI is doing sth. I’m a programmer, making inference based one 5 questions doesn’t take 5 seconds.
This app has helped me reflect on my emotional habits and make positive changes.
