1. BOOK FLIGHTS

With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.

2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY

Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.

3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING

Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.

4. CHECK IN

Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.

5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS

Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.

6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).

7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB

Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

Wonder why they bother

This is mostly a marketing app. Check-in fails and must be done via browser. Back in the app the boarding pass then appears, but fail to load into Wallet. Flight overview is OK. Good trip info so two stars for that. And the Watch app doesn’t work – “No Upcoming Trips” it says with less than 12 hours to take-off. Apparently that was also a problem five (5!) years ago. This app is just to say that they have it. It’s not meant for production use.

Promo code not working

The app throws an error when i use Promo code GOMOBILE23. The promo code is the only reason i installed the app

Nothing works

Can’t select meal, can’t select. It’s like the app isn’t updated for ages. Just useless

Fantastic and easy to use. And qartar airways has the best service if you ask me

Awful user experience

App literally does not work. Impossible to pay, the integrations with payment solutions do not work. I’ve hd my avios taken off my account without having seats confirmed. A joke all around. Ridiculous

I love your app.. but i have issues when i try to book trugh your app on my iphone 12 max pro.. When i try to book from BLl to CEB and chose trugh Frankfurt and Doha Buesness Class. It either spend a looooong time serching for flights or never stop serching.. John

Unstable app with login bugs

I experience many faults on this app. It constantly wants me to login even I’m allready logged in. Now i can’t access the message center.

Keyboard layout

Fix your keyboard problem. If you only support english keyboard, then force the app to change it when in use. I have a danish keyboard layout and have not been able to book a flight until now, as I don’t know how to swap keyboard. Never have this issue with other apps. Only solution for me is to fly emirates until you have fixed the bug.
