With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.
2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY
Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.
3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING
Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.
4. CHECK IN
Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.
5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.
6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS
Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).
7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB
Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

The worst app ever developed
Basically the app is so bad that most of the things doesn’t process well especially at the payment page . When I ask the customer care they openly tell that for booking ticket website is better than app . Then why the hell was the app developed? To waste peoples time ?
Overall I feel hopeless about Qatar after being a privileged member there is no previlege about it .
We can’t even book extra leg room seat because it goes to the payment page and says can’t proceed at the moment . If there is no intension of letting you perform these action then why does it goes to payment page to waste time .
There are 10000 improvements you have to do to have to fit into competing the other airline . Totally disappointed!!
Déception de l’application
J’ai essayé votre application depuis très longtemps et à chaque fois je voyage en Asie je préfère prendre Qatar Airways, mais depuis un bon moment l’application c’est devenu inapproprié pour votre image une telle compagnie comme la vôtre avec un excellent service mais l’application me fatigue j’ai rien contre vous mais l’application est merdique j’ai perdu le numéro de client j’essaie de me contacter impossible de se contacter avec l’ application c’est pour cela je me permets de vous envoyer mon avis merci à vous
La pire application de compagnie aérienne
The company is great but they have the WORST airline app... First you have to understand and then when you understand I challenge you to do an online check-in...just IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Even worse if they subcontracted the flight to Malaysia Airlines. Qatar tells you that the check in must be done by Malaysia and Malaysia tells you that it is up to Qatar Airways to do it and no chance of reserving a seat, so it is with great hope that I hope not to be between. I will never use Qatar Airways again, I will pay elsewhere.
La compagnie est géniale mais ils ont la PIRE application de compagnie aérienne... D’abord faut comprendre et ensuite quand tu as compris je te défie de faire un enregistrement en ligne...juste IMPOSSIBLE !!!! Encore pire si ils ont sous traité le vol à Malaysia Airlines. Qatar te dit que le check in doit être fait par Malaysia et Malaysia te dit que c’est à Qatar Airways de le faire et aucune chance de réserver un siège, c’est donc avec beaucoup d’espoir que j’espère ne pas être au milieu. Plus jamais je n’utiliserai Qatar Airways, je paierai ailleurs.

Cannot login
It says go to website to complete profile. Website doesn’t even work. Last flight I do with qatar. Going emirates or thai now.
Flaky and looses info without connection.
Writing this review cause I am halfway my flight stopping over in Doha where the app lost my trip and though I get a green checkmark when adding it again, it no longer shows up. So no more mobile boarding pass or tracking the suitcase.
The app does not seem to cache information, and allways needs a connection.

Bad experience
Bought a ticket via the app and money deducted from bank account but never got the email confirmation. I had to call customer service and bank and after one day waiting for them to call back, still no news or whatsoever
