Keeps rejecting password when trying to create a new account. Once account has been created send OTP after multiple attempts. Very very low quality website and app

Cannot log-in. Should get a code via mail/phone, but does not receive anything. Customer service does not help.

Basically the app is so bad that most of the things doesn’t process well especially at the payment page . When I ask the customer care they openly tell that for booking ticket website is better than app . Then why the hell was the app developed? To waste peoples time ? Overall I feel hopeless about Qatar after being a privileged member there is no previlege about it . We can’t even book extra leg room seat because it goes to the payment page and says can’t proceed at the moment . If there is no intension of letting you perform these action then why does it goes to payment page to waste time . There are 10000 improvements you have to do to have to fit into competing the other airline . Totally disappointed!!

J’ai essayé votre application depuis très longtemps et à chaque fois je voyage en Asie je préfère prendre Qatar Airways, mais depuis un bon moment l’application c’est devenu inapproprié pour votre image une telle compagnie comme la vôtre avec un excellent service mais l’application me fatigue j’ai rien contre vous mais l’application est merdique j’ai perdu le numéro de client j’essaie de me contacter impossible de se contacter avec l’ application c’est pour cela je me permets de vous envoyer mon avis merci à vous

The company is great but they have the WORST airline app... First you have to understand and then when you understand I challenge you to do an online check-in...just IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Even worse if they subcontracted the flight to Malaysia Airlines. Qatar tells you that the check in must be done by Malaysia and Malaysia tells you that it is up to Qatar Airways to do it and no chance of reserving a seat, so it is with great hope that I hope not to be between. I will never use Qatar Airways again, I will pay elsewhere. La compagnie est géniale mais ils ont la PIRE application de compagnie aérienne... D’abord faut comprendre et ensuite quand tu as compris je te défie de faire un enregistrement en ligne...juste IMPOSSIBLE !!!! Encore pire si ils ont sous traité le vol à Malaysia Airlines. Qatar te dit que le check in doit être fait par Malaysia et Malaysia te dit que c’est à Qatar Airways de le faire et aucune chance de réserver un siège, c’est donc avec beaucoup d’espoir que j’espère ne pas être au milieu. Plus jamais je n’utiliserai Qatar Airways, je paierai ailleurs.

It says go to website to complete profile. Website doesn’t even work. Last flight I do with qatar. Going emirates or thai now.

Writing this review cause I am halfway my flight stopping over in Doha where the app lost my trip and though I get a green checkmark when adding it again, it no longer shows up. So no more mobile boarding pass or tracking the suitcase. The app does not seem to cache information, and allways needs a connection. Queuing up to print a paper boarding pass.

Bought a ticket via the app and money deducted from bank account but never got the email confirmation. I had to call customer service and bank and after one day waiting for them to call back, still no news or whatsoever
