With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.

Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.
3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING
Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.
4. CHECK IN
Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.
5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.
6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS
Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).

Too Cold
Had a flight from Perth to Doha and cabin temperature was extremely cold. Passengers were putting on jumpers and asking for extra blankets. As a result I caught the flu which did affect my holiday and what I can do. Qatar cannot say it is a set temperature because the flight from Doha to Barcelona was the perfect temperature and the Italian airlines flight from Barcelona to Rome was also perfect temperature. They need to fix this as we go on dozens of trips a year and can’t afford to get sick every time we travel because of cabin temperature being too cold.
The App doesn’t work
I can’t log in on my phone. I’ve rung Qatar they couldn’t fix the problem. The app is so frustrating.
Too buggy
I am a Qatar preferred member but the app is buggy. Even this review is written but you cannot see the ext as I write. Times out, seat selector is awful, try to go back and correct anything and the app just hangs

Industry leading app. Pleasure to use.
However, recently the app perpetually logs out, and despite facial recognition is activated still requires 2 factor authentication (email sign on and text confirmation code). Laborious, time wasting — uncharacteristically bad ux from Qatar.
Why ruin previously a very good app
I don’t know what’s with the developers but 9/10 just have to mess up a perfectly functioning app. Any once great app has had this outcome. Qatar app was great. You could see live status: check in, boarding/boarded, in flight, time remaining on flight, relevant boarding gate number, etc. If you had family members travelling, this was great as you would know exactly where they are at. Now it only has two options “on time” and “in flight”. Well genius! Except that any online flight tracking website can tell me that. Can’t you just leave what works well?
Fantastic consistent service all round.
I have flown with Qatar a few times now, and they just improve each time. They have always ran on time, are incredibly organised, very friendly and genuinely attentive.
I would definitely continue to fly with them into the future. The flight was half booked once and they separated us all out, so everyone had at least one seat separating them. This was very useful for a good rest and much appreciated by all. The airport is amazing, family friendly and extremely easy to navigate if travelling alone.
Terrible website
QA’s website is beyond bad. I have tried to book a flight 5+ times and I keep getting random errors or a complete reset. I am also trying to use vouchers and when I do some come up with not valid or the fare is less than the voucher and will work for one person one time and not for them when I try to book again after an error.
Password
How come I have to reset the password and the password requirements are so stupid, somehow the auto generated passwords are not good enough?????
Promo code conditions
The app doesn’t show promo code conditions and neither tells you if the promo code has been applied or not to your booking. At least it should tell you: this promo code doesn’t apply for this booking or with the promo code you have saved xxxx. It’s a nightmare. Also, you can not add checked baggage when you are booking so that you can know how much it will cost you. You have to book first and then buy the extra checked baggage. Why?? This should be the easiest and clearest for the customer and not a kind of secret.
Terrible pwd update process
It forces you to update password but then it goes into circles. Looks like another butchered attempt by some newbie.
