If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.
2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY
Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.
3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING
Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.
4. CHECK IN
Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.
5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.
6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS
Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).

Such a slow app!
It is 2024, you have a lot of money, why are you so stingy! The app is so slow, it is unbelievable. Gaming, shopping and many other apps probably use more memory but they are significantly faster than your app.
Seriously, learn something about customer service!
The oldest interface on Earth.
I always had respect to Qatar Airways because they simply used to be really good. I have never used their app before but recently they started to almost force you to use it. Extremely not user friendly, hard to navigate, customer service doesn’t speak a proper English or can’t communicate clearly. It takes quite some time to get a basic answer to the question on purchasing an extra baggage. Please update the app 🙏

Good App but can’t log in
This app is easy a sleak and had good features once I got in after creating the account. but my only gripe is that when I tried to get back into the app/account and I can’t seem to log in with the details. I can’t even reset the password because the email doesn’t come through. So I am stuck in limbo

Can no longer login. Sends a OTP but then asks me to login again over & over again.
Airline very good. App not so much
Impossible to use due to complicated security needs. It’s much less usable than my bank app which while highly secure, is usable. This app logs you out constantly. Then someone misdirect you to have to redo the whole password secure thing. It’s a constant struggle to use it.

INDIAN STAFF SPEAKS HINDI DOESNT KNOW ENGLISH
Complaint Regarding Qatar Airways
I wish to express my dissatisfaction with Qatar Airways' services, particularly concerning the behavior of their Indian staff. While the service up to Doha was exceptional, upon reaching Doha, the quality drastically declined to what felt like fifth-world, Stone Age standards. The staff began treating passengers like poultry, with no regard for maintaining proper queues. Furthermore, Indian staff members displayed unprofessional behavior, including misbehavior that seemed to go unchecked and even rewarded at times. In instances of conflict management, they resorted to shouting and invoking the police name, which was extremely unprofessional. This behavior reflects poorly on Qatar Airways and warrants immediate attention.
