I’m travelling in and out and I’m so happy with Rentalcars.com In some way much easier than direct
Been using this app for 3 years now. Always bought full cover and always been happy. That is until I found that I have been double paying for some rentals. I sometimes rent cars for more than 30 days. And when I am charged on this app, it’s says I am paying for the entire duration. But some rental car companies (such as National) doesn’t rent out more than 30 days. Thus if you keep your car longer, the extra days are charged again! Even though you already paid here! Know one says it. Not this app and not National! What a scam. And good luck getting your money back. Never again!
App does not work, « someting went wrong » …all the time

Il y a quelques agences dans les aéroports où il vous faut obligatoirement un billet d’avion ou de train pour récupérer le véhicule sachant que sur le site de Rentalcars il demande le numéro de billet du vol qui est non facultatif donc même si vous ne le m’étais pas vous allez quand même réussir à payer la réservation en ligne, lorsque vous allez récupérer le véhicule a l agence il vous diront non car vous n auriez pas le billet de vol.lorsque vous allez faire un litige avec rentalcars il ne vous rembourserons pas car c’est dans les conditions donc faites attention avec cette agence en ligne vérifier sur test achat vous allez voir les plainte qu’ils ont eu.

Payment platform doesn’t meet PCI standards, the credit card company Worldline (VISA) informed me. Reservation done, but payment refused for this reason. Support doesn’t seem to be understanding the problem to help me. They keep insisting on trying again. It’s not my card or payment. It’s your third party platform. 🤷🏼♂️ Don’t know what to do now.
