I used this brand of cameras and app more than two years…

Not working well!! After the last update, I don't see previews of loaded videos. Only 2K videos and all system is slow like for 8K

App is nice. But ! It is nice we have few modes but we really need !!EASY!! Stop button on main page of app . I have home mode but camera still following me everywhere I move ( it is super annoying) . And still recording. And switching that off and on again is difficult. So please , add some normal stop recording ,moving , and just do nothing button 🙏🏻!!! This is real reason for buying another product from different company.

Vidím, že nejsem jediný.. Zoom byl nastaven dobře.. Nyní musím nejprve zoomovat a potom se přesunout na objekt. :( To že jsou ikonky skryté a je potřeba kliknout, aby se objevily, se mi od poslední aktualizace také nelíbí

Aplikace je to dobrá, ale od poslední aktualizace, kdy se napevno nastavil formát obrazu na 1:1, je to katastrofa. Obraz vypadá na širokoúhlé obrazovce naprosto katastrofálně. Navíc nejde obraz při zvětšení posouvat do stran, kam potřebuji. Musím nejprve obraz zvětšit a poté teprve posunout, takže opruz. Kdo tuhle aktualizaci vymyslel a pustil do světa, by potřeboval nakopat do kulí!!!

For some reason my password doesn’t work. I tried to reset it and got just message that email failed to being sent. New account doesn’t take the email because it is used. What a crap is this app?

There is no way to watch recordings. It keeps switching between wi-fi and 4G and everytime stop playing :(( please fix it.

There is an option for scheduling you must set for each camera separately on every change. If you use scheduling, there is no away option for leaving house, even no manual, you have to go manually through all cameras scheduling. Like there is no one thinking about these features ...

The app keeps switching between wifi and 4g even though iphone has solid wifi connection. Very disturbing...
