Reolink Reviews

A big step backwards

Mcquaim on

Ireland

The new filter option is shockingly bad, please roll back this update. It forces you each time to submit what you want to see each time (person/vehicle/pet…) but if you then want to switch back to the full recording you can’t, you have to x out and then go back into recordings without putting on a filter 🤦🏼‍♂️

Latest update: no landscape view

Magic86IRL86 on

Ireland

No landscape view in latest update. Only portrait. Phone has rotation lock off. Very annoying. Edit: found it in classic mode. Doesn’t work in full screen mode. Very stupid.

Basic accessibility oversights need to be fixed.

Digitaldarragh on

Ireland

The buttons on the main screen of the app are not labeled. This means that VoiceOver users will find it difficult and sometimes impossible to determine what actions these buttons will execute. This would be a simple fix. I ask that you add it to a priority to do list for the next release. Thanks for your attention.

Can’t connect

loryyytadine on

Ireland

I just wanted to ask because my reolink argus 3 Pro says I can connect to 2.4 or 5gz wifi and it did. My reolink camera was connected to the router and says successful connection. However, when I open my reolink app it says connection failed even though I connected it in the same wifi connection. It only opens when I switch my phone to mobile data but when it is back to wifi it won’t connect again. I did all the possible solutions stated in reolink website. What should I do?

IOS 16.2 issue

Shizoel on

Ireland

Hi Reolink. My Ipad PRO 2020 and iPhone Pro 2021 developed the same issue after the update to 16.2 IOS. Every time I do start Reolink app my wifi is dropped. I can't use my iPhone or Ipad now to program the devices for my Customers. Lots of them reported issues with cameras being lost in the app. Please resolve.

Constantly changing between Wi-Fi and Cellular Data

Htedhytrffrrhfst on

Ireland

This app continuously reports that it is switching between Wi-Fi and Cellular regardless of how strong your signal is. Then stops connection with camera. Other apps do this seamlessly in the background without the need to inform the user and can cope with the change in background connection.

Good but the sensor is.....

Burt Backtraining on

Ireland

The motion sensor is ultra sensitive regardless of setting. Overall very good peace of kit.

Pan and Tilt controls are gone

Paul-asdfghjkl on

United States

The app used to have pan and tilt controls, but they are gone. This makes the camera a lot less useful and basically takes away functionality that was paid for when purchasing a pan/tilt camera instead of a fixed camera.

Stupid program for anytime you change the wifi you have to take it off and setting up again.

addbikksvzujnb on

United States

When you change the wifi you have to take it off then setting up it as when you buy it. Please program to let customers able to change the wifi online without taking it off.

Problem app doesn’t full remove from iPhone

Whforbes on

United States

I have deleted the application from the iPhone and the application still shows that it’s on the iPhone when it is not, I cannot re-link to the camera
