live streaming keeps on freezing.
i bought the 8 channel poe nvr with 4 pie cameras on amazon here in the United States, sent it along with two e1 pro indoor cameras to the Philippines so i can monitor my house there. initially, the live streaming on the app here in the US was good until it was not. the live streaming keeps on freezing every 10 seconds or so and then will reoad. the wifi signal in my house in the Philippines is pretty decent and so as the wifi here in the US. The two e1 pros have no issues at all even though they are wireless. one would think that the nvr will be more stable as it is wired to the wifi router but that was not the case. it is really frustrating as i spent a pretty large amount of money buying the set and sending it overseas. reolink does not even have a phone number to call for customer support. i wish someone can help me.
SD Card Reformat missing
After the update the reformat card went missing. Pls put it back.
