화질 갑자기 왜이래요?
화질 선택 왜 못하나요? 회질 너무 안좋아졌어요 예전보다 안좋아지는 이유가 뭔가요? 조금 어이가 없네요
zoom 화면 이전 설정으로 돌려주세요 ㅠㅠ
이전에는 화면 크기에 맞게 좌우로 늘어나서 화면이 깔끔하고 보게도 편했는데, 업데이트 되더니 카메라 해상도 배율로 고정되어버렸네요. 화면 좌우로 검은 줄이 나오고 화면이 작아져서 보기 불편해요. 원래대로 돌려주세요. 아니면 개인이 설정 할 수 있게 해주세요.
클라우드 날짜 선택 불가
이번 버전부터 클라우드에서 날짜 사간 선택이 안됩니다
영상이 안나옵니다
잘 되다가 며칠 전부터 cctv와 같은 와이파이로는 화면이 나오지만 lte로 들어가면 연결이 안됩니다
push notification 활성화 오류
며칠전부터 “작동이 실패 하였습니다”라는 문구가 뜨면서 push notification가 활성화 되지 않습니다. 녹화는 되는데 알림이 오지않습니다. E1 Pro만 그렇고 다른 모델은 문제없구요. 리오링크앱이 업데이트 될 때마다 한번씩 오류가 생기던데 그래서인가요 아님 무슨 문제인가요?

Pan and Tilt controls are gone
The app used to have pan and tilt controls, but they are gone. This makes the camera a lot less useful and basically takes away functionality that was paid for when purchasing a pan/tilt camera instead of a fixed camera.
Stupid program for anytime you change the wifi you have to take it off and setting up again.
When you change the wifi you have to take it off then setting up it as when you buy it. Please program to let customers able to change the wifi online without taking it off.
