Cameras doesn’t load under 30-45 seconds on local network

I haven't been able to connect my cameras back for six months now, after the spring update. Totally sucks!

Cloud storage is unavailable on this version of the app for no apparent reason. I want my money back! Absolutely useless.

The app used to have pan and tilt controls, but they are gone. This makes the camera a lot less useful and basically takes away functionality that was paid for when purchasing a pan/tilt camera instead of a fixed camera.

When you change the wifi you have to take it off then setting up it as when you buy it. Please program to let customers able to change the wifi online without taking it off.

I have deleted the application from the iPhone and the application still shows that it’s on the iPhone when it is not, I cannot re-link to the camera
