Cannot access cameras
Cannot access cameras using cellular data which seems pointless as this is the reason we install security cameras ? They will only work on home wi fi

I have noticed in the last couple of months that the push notifications have been very hit and miss. Also just live viewing has been very hit and miss also I have new phone all updated All have lasted software I have gone over all the help files and followed to the letter Please follow up with this I can’t be the only one
Can’t turn notifications off since update
Works fine. But cannot change from ‘away’ to home. Away sending notifications every person/car detected home only recording. Please fix soon as I use this feature daily.

Recently installed. Works well with Solar panels. Interesting to how it powers over winter periods when there is cloud cover and not enough sunlight.
Rubbish does not save to a paid cloud subscription
Ever since I paid for a subscription it saves nothing. The latest IOS app is terrible and I cant see any point buy additional cameras if it cant save data from the ones I have.
drops out
i have trouble keeping my cameras connected when using live view ! starts up ok but keeps dropping out very annoying i have 10 PTZ 4G cameras
Last update ruined it
The app has always been slow to load the cameras from my phone but since the last update it doesn’t load anything at all. Deleted and re installed did nothing, changing to wifi or cellar does nothing also Was a good system but recently has been super terrible
