L'application ReSound Smart permet de commander à distance les aides auditives directement depuis un équipement mobile. Changez de programme d'écoute, faites des ajustements plus ou moins avancés et sauvegardez-les comme favoris. L'application vous aidera à découvrir ce que vous pouvez faire et comment le faire, et elle vous aidera même à trouver vos aides auditives si vous les perdez.

• Ajuster le volume sonore de l'aide auditive
• Activer le mode sourdine (coupure des microphones) de l'aide auditive

• Modifier Speech Focus ainsi que les niveaux de bruit et de bruit du vent avec Sound Enhancer (la disponibilité de la fonction dépend du modèle de votre aide auditive et du réglage effectué par l'audioprothésiste)
• Changer de programme d'écoute ou connecter un accessoire sans fil
• Personnaliser le nom des programmes d'écoute

• Retrouver une aide auditive perdue grâce au localisateur
• Tinnitus manager : Ajuster la bande passante et les variations du son générées par le Tinnitus Sound Manager, ou sélectionner un son naturel grâce à la fonction Tinnitus Manager (la disponibilité de la fonction dépend du modèle de votre aide auditive et du réglage effectué par l'audioprothésiste)

This app is terrible. I would give it no stars if that option were available. It changes programs for no apparent reason and regularly freezes up. Resound’s solution is to delete and reinstall. I’ve done that multiple times. After my last review they emailed me asking to help. I replied and they never followed up. Par for the course with these clowns. The company clearly doesn’t care. My next hearing aids will definitely not be Resound!
Linx2 on updated Smart app.
Every time you’ve updated your app I lose more and more functionality! Speech focus which was extremely useful… Gone! The new app is supposed to give control of lows, mids, and highs. It only controls lows and highs. I must say I expected much more for $8000!!!

Terrible
This is a bitter/sweet review. I have been wear heart aids for twelve years. The sound is wonderful and the devices are comforting. However, the App to operate them is TERRIBLE! I can’t get through a day without having to reconnecting the App, restarting the hearing aids, getting incorrect info about the hearing aids from the App, loosing sound on one side or another, etc. My audiologist has agreed to replace them. I can’t wait to try another brand.
Enhancement
Please make the app available on CarPlay. Sometimes I need to adjust my hearing aids while driving.
Connection issue
I’ve been using the smart application for quite some time and in general, find it quite useful. One problem I have not yet figured out is that when the phone is doing other things like receiving a message, the hearing aids temporarily go dead and then come back. This phenomenon seems to occur with other phone functions too. Is there a way to isolate the app from other things going on with the phone?
App stopped working
I have been using this app for years. About two months ago I couldn’t get the hearing aid to connect. They are connected to my iPhone but won’t connect to the hearing aids thru the app. I followed all the instructions many many times.
Doesn’t work very well
This software constantly freezes and it lowers the volume and changes programs by itself. I have to turn my phone of to get it to recognize my hearing aids. Going for new hearing aids, will insist on some that do not use this software. This app is flat out garbage. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND BEING CONSTANTLY AGGRAVATED. TOOK HEARING AIDS OUT, WILL NOT USE UBTIL I GET NEW ONES THAT DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. TOTAL GARBAGE.
Issues
Was working good. Suddenly it’s not. Keeps switching between programs and causing the hearing aids to click in my ears. Please fix this issue. It makes the hearing aids impossible to wear.
