The ReSound Smart app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
Notes: Please contact your local ReSound representative for product and feature availability in your market. We recommend that the hearing aids run the latest software version. If in doubt, please contact your hearing care professional.

Use the ReSound Smart app to:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired ReSound streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

Sammenkoblingsproblemer
Etter å ha oppdatert til siste iOS - versjonen har det vært umulig å koble seg til resound linx-appen. Dvs etter å ha lastet inn siste versjon funket det ut dagen. Men etter det: ingen sammenkobling. Det er tydelig at ikke resound har oppdatert appen sin til å funke med siste iOS. Meget frustrerende og det er ingen adekvat hjelp og få i butikken i Oslo..
App virker ikke nå!
Har virket før, men nå er det bare en svart skjerm med Resound bilde på. Ingen funksjoner. Dere MÅ oppdatere. Nå kan jeg IKKE justere lyden !!!!!
Mange problemer
Det er mulig det er oppdateringer som er problemet. Det hadde jeg ikke tenkt på, men jeg har nettopp slettet appen for å laste inn på nytt, i håp om at det hjelper. Det virker som rene tombolaen om jeg får kontakt mellom appen og høreapparetene eller ikke. Dette er rimelig håpløst. Hvis dette skyldes at Resound ikke følger opp appen, er jeg veldig skuffet!
Oppdatering
Få orden på oppdatering når iOS blir oppdatert. Dette er ikke akseptabelt. Skal snart bytte så da blir det annet merke.
Mangler oppdateringer
Hver eneste gang Apple oppdaterer iOS går høreapparater bananas. Må da gå Ann å då en såpass viktig tjeneste til å funke. Apple gir tilgang til utviklere på nye versjoner lang tid før release. Ja det koster litt, men å høre dårlig koster også mye for alle oss brukere.
Siste oppdatering
Etter siste oppdatering forsvant alt, appen er helte ute, kun bilde igjen ... frustrerende
Sluttet å virke
Appen har sluttet å virke også på min iPhone etter siste oppdatering. Skuffende Vennlig hilsen Rune Sandal
Fungerer ikke
Appen åpnes ikke på min iPhone SE. Fungerte ikke med iOS 12.4 og fungerer heller ikke med iOS 13.1.
Starter Ikke
Denne nye oppdateringen starter ikke i det hele tatt på min iPhone X. Må fikses fort.
