The ReSound Smart app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.

Use the ReSound Smart app to:
• Adjust volume settings on your hearing aids
• Mute your hearing aids
• Adjust volume of your optionally acquired ReSound streaming accessories
• Adjust speech focus as well as noise and wind-noise levels with Sound Enhancer (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)
• Change manual and streamer programs
• Edit and personalize program names
• Adjust treble, middle and bass tones to your preferences
• Save your preferred settings as a Favorite – you can even tag to a location
• Help locate lost or misplaced hearing aids
• Tinnitus manager: Adjust sound variation and frequency of the Tinnitus Sound Generator. Select Nature Sounds (feature availability depends on your hearing aid model and the fitting by your hearing care professional)

Sold a pup. My H/A's will not work with this app.
I have to delete app ever morning because the app won't connect to both, only the left one.
App says ;
"are they turned on?"
"are they charged?"
"Are they within range?"
It's like communicating with Sky! 😭
Hopeless
I have used the app for several years and it was OK until I bought a new phone. It now either will not connect or if it does it regularly drops. It is extremely frustrating!
The app needs to be made more robust or is it a way to try to sell their latest hearing aids.

This app does not work. The old version was very useful. But I am giving up on it after spending too much time trying to get it to work - after 5re-downloads the menus do not allow me to switch off DEMO. Click to exit DEMO is not live in the settings.
Needs bug fix . Useless!
Screen freezes when it tells you you need a new battery in one hearing aid. Then needs the app deleting , reloading and reset.

I have to re-install frequently. Today despite frequent downloads all I get is a black screen. I wish I could get my money back!
After many conversations with ‘support’ it appears that the app is NOT compatible with Linx2!
Switches to and fro on Bluetooth with Duolingo
Really disappointed with this app. Trying to learn a language and keeps switching from hearing aids to normal sound. Very frustrating

I have used this app for many years now and have had very few issues, however this new iteration of the app is absolute rubbish. Constantly disconnecting for iOS devices, cutting out during phone calls. Something needs to be done very soon or my hearing aids will be going in the bin and I will switch to one of the many other companies who can offer a better product.
Really not good enough from resound
This has got to be the worst app ever, Resound are clearly not bothering about older (2year old) devices, I almost bought the new rechargeable ones and did trial them but I didn’t notice much difference from the linx I currently wear, please consider your wearers that can’t maybe afford to change aids every 2 years, I contacted resound and they assured my the parch update would fix things but it simply doesn’t work and the aids just connect and disconnect to suit themselves, as a working man it has become almost impossible to use my phone because my MADE FOR I PHONE devices clearly don’t work with the phone any more, I am now struggling constantly when my phone rings and never know if I am going to hear the caller or not and it’s more often I can’t hear them, disappointed doesn’t come close to my feelings about this
AIDS disconnect
The previous version was better. This one disconnects ever time I minimise the app and takes about 10 seconds to reconnect which is useless when I’m in a meeting and need to adjust the volume quickly.
