The ReSound Smart app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.

Use the ReSound Smart app to:

Resound Smart - solid and dependable app!
I’ve used this app ever since I got Resound hearing aids five or six years ago. My experience with it has been uniformly positive and each update has improved it. I depend on it every day for not missing calls, being able to hear the other person clearly and using it in hands free mode on my iPhone. 10 out of 10 to the developers!
Connectivity
I used to be able to pair my linx with my iPhone 7, and app functionality always was there. Recently hearing aids remain connected to iPhone as can receive phone calls and steam music, but can’t change setting through app as app says no linx connected. Annoyingly to use app I need to forget devices, and reconnect.
Hearing aid is LiNX, connected as LiNX 761.
And No, “force quitting” app doesn’t fix the issue.
Awful, undependable
With the last iOS upgrade the app will only work if it is deleted prior to each use and redownloaded. How ridiculous is that ? When it is working it doesn’t stay connected to the hearing aids and has to be reset each time you look at it. So now basically it’s useless.
Latest update
Latest update has locked me out completely. Cannot even open the app! Have tried soft reef and hard reset on phone & tablet. Also tried hard reset on modem - all to no avail. Now I can’t even watch tv let alone converse comfortably with others. 😡
Staying connected
The earlier release was great as I could use it on my iPhone or Apple Watch 3 anytime. This release drops out on my watch if my phone is not actively using the app. Very very frustrating.

At first I was happy with the new update with the modern design but there are a few annoying glitches. My app now keeps telling me my aids are not connected when clearly on my phone they are. For some reason now the app won’t connect on my iPad. The sound refuses to play. It just keeps telling me my aids aren’t connected but my iPad has registered them so why not the app? I installed the app to see if it would reboot but nope. And so I tried my iPhone and same thing happened. My live sound is not good and will only play in one ear now. So I went into the app and sure enough it says my aids aren’t connected when they are. The look is good but the technical side of the update needs much more work. Not happy with the new update so far. Sorry guys. Please fix issue.
Last update is very disappointing
I used to have the ability to use my phone as an extra listening device like a microphone, but this feature seems to have been removed after the latest update. And having to pair my hearing aid again after update was confusing as I only ever had the specialist set it up so I had to muddle through with the in-app directions which were lacking. Not impressed with reduced functionality.
Current application does not work with 11.4
The current version of this app does not work with 11.4 and have made my hearing aids useless and unable to be used.
