this is a truly great app and i was using it when it was free, it was helping me as i am struggling with anxiety. now its not free to use it longer than a week and it upset me, i cant afford it :(

Nie pomogło
Przy ogromnym ataku paniki gdzie ledwo potrafiłam chwycić telefon, wszystko dla mnie było rozmazane i nie przejrzyste widziałam tylko czerwony guzik co jest na + , ale później małymi literkami pytania jak się czuje, nic nie było dla mnie zrozumiałe tylko pogorszyło to mój stan. Myśle, że wciskając duży czerwony guzik powinnismy odrazu być przerzuceni na oddychanie i mówienie że już dobrze. Duży minus za małe litery, brak szybkiej pomocy, oddzielnie oddychanie oddzielnie mówienie zamiast to połączyć.

W końcu mogę wykorzystać smartfona, by realnie zmieniać swoje negatywne emocje na pozytywne, a nie tylko od nich uciekać. Pozdrawiam Twórców i życzę dużej popularności dla tej apki.
