Everything is prompt, super service.
First time using the app for my first SAS flight. The experience is very smooth and the app updates you on any Gate changes
easy to use, clear, fast and when there is that one rate thing you cannot to ypurself on the app, you can contact a “real person” very easily through the app, and the person on the phone has everything they need to help you quickly and easily
Search ends on forbidden acces
I dont travel alot by plane, but using this app makes it alot easier when i travel to Scandinavia, and being able to see when the check ins are open! Great app!

Great app for flight info and booking. Can't think of anything not to love...
The app manipulated me into buying tickets separately because i wanted to book 2 different types of tickets. But after buying 1 ticket it increased the price drastically. Even when the tickets of the same price class was available. I know because it gave me the option to book 2 new tickets with the same (old) price. But to do that I had to buy 2 tickets. Customer service didn’t help or try to understand me at all. They instead hung up on me after I waited 2 hrs in queue to talk with them and described my issue to them. Very bad service and I know that writing this won’t help either. This is such BS!
