Trying 3 times - big bugs between bank app & payment interface… I don t know why this is so complex for airlines to have proper apps…

Boarding bar progress pill cool on iPhone 15 pro max :) I couldn’t see it on mine 13 pro max - I’m guessing not updated, supported or A/B testing :)

I can’t change email-address or phone number. Only error message „this isn’t possible at this time“ - which is always the case. Btw: same on the website. Absolutely useless. 11.2.24: still the same…

Still not perfect but by far the best airline app i have used

It is really hard to use this App. I want to buy a flight ticket to Bangkok. However, when I try to write Bangkok, it becomes bbbbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnggggggggkkkkkkkkkkkkoooooooookkkkkkk. It takes me a minute to figure it out. It’s not the most basic thing to ask…..

A pain to work with. Dead links, registration process is buggy.

After you registered as a new user, got a confirmation e-mail, logged-in with your credentials, you can still not book. No info why or what to do. The worst airline app I used so far. (I use 12).

- Not the most intuitive (didn't ceate an account; used only via booking reference and last name; maybe some more functionalities with account). - Changing seats doesn't work, error message keeps poping up that "changing seat over internet not possible" despite seat selection coming up. - Have only wanted to use this app for changing seats and getting the boarding pass to avoid the counter. As this wasn't possible, the app didn't fullfill its need from my point of view.

Possibly the fastest download-enter data-checkedin app ever used.
