SAS – Scandinavian Airlines

Do not rely on this app . I had been sitting at Oslo airport for 4 hours waiting for my next flight. I was totally relying on their app regarding boarding gate information. At the last moment they showed the new changed gate. I ran to the new gate fast fast and they denied me boarding . I raised the issue to their customer care . Instead of addressing their app related issue they start blaming me that because of you flight got delayed for 5 minutes and I didn’t even know about boarding gates changed as I was looking in their app for boarding gates. Due to this I missed my very important flight and because of it my other connecting flights suffered a lot . It was financially and timely a big loss to me.I felt harassed and heartbroken.

Good app, fast & convenient with very easy use. Recommend app for all travellers 😊

The app manipulated me into buying tickets separately because i wanted to book 2 different types of tickets. But after buying 1 ticket it increased the price drastically. Even when the tickets of the same price class was available. I know because it gave me the option to book 2 new tickets with the same (old) price. But to do that I had to buy 2 tickets. Customer service didn’t help or try to understand me at all. They instead hung up on me after I waited 2 hrs in queue to talk with them and described my issue to them. Very bad service and I know that writing this won’t help either. This is such BS!

I love the app. I have amongst a lot of useful functionality used the luggage functionality to check status. But now it only shows “accepted” and I need to access it from the app notification. Is this by design or a bug ?

Why SAS app cannot log in using face id or something that is easy? I cannot remember how many times I have reset my password with sas. I really hate this app and the idiots who developed it. Irritating! Just like the airline.

hvordan finner vi en grei oversikt over direkteruter med sas fra stavanger? nettsidene deres, og for såvidt også andre selskapers nettsider, er håpløst dårlige å manøvere i for oss som vil fort frem og som kan tenke oss spontanvalg av reisemål. det er MYE å hente på å øke tilbudene og prisene? bare reisemålene er å oppdrive!!

Umulig å finne returflight i app- langt mindre sjekke inn- utrolig dårlig interface
