Sends “Plane Boarding” notifications when the plane isn’t actually boarding. Generating a boarding pass takes so long it’s faster to walk to the kiosk and print out a physical copy. Sigh.

The app manipulated me into buying tickets separately because i wanted to book 2 different types of tickets. But after buying 1 ticket it increased the price drastically. Even when the tickets of the same price class was available. I know because it gave me the option to book 2 new tickets with the same (old) price. But to do that I had to buy 2 tickets. Customer service didn’t help or try to understand me at all. They instead hung up on me after I waited 2 hrs in queue to talk with them and described my issue to them. Very bad service and I know that writing this won’t help either. This is such BS!
I love the app. I have amongst a lot of useful functionality used the luggage functionality to check status. But now it only shows “accepted” and I need to access it from the app notification. Is this by design or a bug ?

Why SAS app cannot log in using face id or something that is easy? I cannot remember how many times I have reset my password with sas. I really hate this app and the idiots who developed it. Irritating! Just like the airline.
Mengden funksjonalitet de har klart å putte i denne appen er imponerende
hvordan finner vi en grei oversikt over direkteruter med sas fra stavanger? nettsidene deres, og for såvidt også andre selskapers nettsider, er håpløst dårlige å manøvere i for oss som vil fort frem og som kan tenke oss spontanvalg av reisemål. det er MYE å hente på å øke tilbudene og prisene? bare reisemålene er å oppdrive!!
Umulig å finne returflight i app- langt mindre sjekke inn- utrolig dårlig interface
Litt lite brukervennlig. Vanskelig å finne et telefonnummer. Tungvint å skifte fra betaling og poeng.
